1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (wellness-physiotherapy.vercel.app or wellnessphysiotherapy.com), contacting our clinic, or submitting an appointment request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the site.

2. Medical Disclaimers & Emergency Notice

No Doctor-Patient Relationship Prior to Clinical Assessment: Content published on this website—including health articles, rehabilitation descriptions, exercises, blog posts, and service guides—is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Browsing this website or communicating with our booking desk does not establish a formal clinician-patient relationship.

A clinician-patient relationship is established only upon an in-person or formal clinical examination, history review, physical assessment, and mutual agreement on a treatment plan with Dr. Arun Yadav or a licensed clinical associate.

3. Consultation Requests & Appointments

• Appointment Requests: Submitting a request through our consultation form or WhatsApp does not guarantee immediate booking confirmation. All bookings are confirmed only after our scheduling desk reviews availability and confirms the appointment date and time slot.
• Punctuality & Cancellations: We request patients to inform us at least 4 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. For home rehabilitation sessions, please give at least 6 hours advance notice to allow our physical therapists to reschedule travel.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and consumer fair-practice guidelines:

• Fee Transparency: Indicative clinical consultation and treatment fees (e.g., Clinical Assessment: ₹400 / 30 min, Home Session: ₹799 / 45 min, Clinical Treatment: from ₹499 / 45 min) are clearly stated on our website. Specific charges may vary depending on specialized modalities utilized (e.g., Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, advanced electrotherapy) and will be explained prior to therapy.
• No Online Payment Processing: This website does not process credit cards or debit cards online. All consultation and session fees are collected strictly in person at our clinic or at the conclusion of home sessions via UPI, QR code, bank transfer, or cash.
• Refunds for Completed Clinical Services: Once a clinical assessment, manual therapy session, or treatment procedure has been administered, fees paid are non-refundable as the professional time and clinical care have been delivered. If you have pre-paid for a multi-session package and discontinue due to medical reasons, remaining unutilized sessions may be refunded or credited on a pro-rata basis upon clinical review.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All original text, clinical descriptions, graphics, clinic branding, custom website styling, and software architecture are the intellectual property of Wellness Physiotherapy Centre and SkoraInfotech. You may not reproduce, scrape, mirror, or republish our clinical content or doctor profiles for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Third-party components, including React and open-source UI libraries, are utilized under their respective open-source licenses (MIT License). Interactive maps are provided by Google LLC under standard embed terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by Indian law, Wellness Physiotherapy Centre, Dr. Arun Yadav, and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your reliance on informational articles, blogs, or exercise descriptions without direct clinical evaluation.
• Unscheduled downtime, communication network delays, or WhatsApp third-party service outages.
• Any failure to disclose pre-existing medical conditions, surgical history, or contraindications during consultation.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or clinical services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith mutual discussions.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
